When an order goes wrong

A dispute is the whole reason escrow exists. If an order never turns up, or turns up wrong, you open a dispute while the coins are still held and a moderator looks at both sides.

How to argue it

• Stick to facts. Dates, what you ordered, what showed up. That moves a moderator. Anger does not.
• Keep the order and the messages. They are your case, so do not delete them.
• Give it a fair wait. Shipping runs late sometimes. Opening a dispute an hour in makes you look bad.
• Do not confirm the order to be polite. Confirming ends the dispute.
